Our Commitment to the Environment

Masalco strictly follows Syrian legislation for environmental protection including the Environment Law (2012), the Regional Planning Law (2010), and the Water Law (2005).


We do our best to reduce, reuse, and recycle in our plants and across our whole business. We treat all waste water that is left over from our industrial cycles to make sure it is free of toxicities.


We also take the time to make sure all industrial waste is properly disposed off at the right facilities.

Masalco recycles aluminium at its smelter. This allows us to reuse scrap aluminium that is created during the production process or during fabrication.


This process allows us to save energy that would otherwise be required to extract new aluminium from bauxite.
